Description
Style 216 6″ screw conveyor hanger for 1-1/2″ shaft is designed for the most severe and abrasive screw conveyor applications. This 160-2523 configuration features a wooden-bearing and is made for 6″ diameter screw conveyors using a 1-1/2″ diameter shaft, style 216 also mounts completely inside of the trough so it is suitable for dust-tight and weather-tight covers. The style 216 hanger features wider top bars for greater stability when mounting across the trough’s flange joints. Standard bearings used in these frames due to their application type is hard-iron; however, Arguto wood bearings are also readily available.
