#140HKSR roller chain is apart of the Super High Strength HKSR series premium heavy roller chains. This roller chain is manufactured using high-quality precision components to increase the working life, fatigue, and strength of the roller chain while still remaining within the dimensions of standard ANSI heavy roller chain. HKSR roller chains feature enlarged and thickened plates, improved machined parts accuracy and assembly, solid bushings and solid rollers. These features further increase the working life, strength, and efficiency over the HK series chains throughout the entire low to high speed application spectrum. Additionally compared to standard roller chains, HKSR series chains are higher in maximum horsepower rating by around 30% in a medium to low speed application. #140HKSR chain also has a much better performance than other chains in applications where there are high shock loads, frequent starting and stopping, and in relatively high-speed applications such as; power shovels, trenchers, trucks, cranes, mixers, conveyors, elevators, stackers, and more.
